- A. Tangzhong / Luftru / Miss
- 60 g bread flour / plain flour

- 1/2 C chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili
- 1 tablespoon grated curry leaves

- 1/2 cup ur
- 2 tablespoons chicken flavor
- (or to taste the salt)
- C. Dough (sandwich)
- 150 grams ur
- 1 egg (60 g) - lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter / butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 540 g baking flour
- 3 tablespoons milk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/4 tablespoons
- D Beira
- 1 egg - broken (moistened before cooking)

Steps to curry with meatballs

Then heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped red onion, chopped curry leaves, NO powdered curry, BABY meat / chicken curry powder and hot chili flakes. - C. Orea. Dilute the active dry yeast in 150 g of warm water for 5-10 minutes. In a bowl of a mixer equipped with a dough hook, place A (Tanzhong), yeast mixture and other ingredients in Cn and mix on low speed for 5 minutes. Stop the mixer, remove the dough from the sides of the bowl. Continue to mix (increase speed) and knead for 10-15 minutes until the dough begins to lengthen. This dough is slightly moist and sticky. Let go of the temptation to add extra flour. Go to step 6.
- Note. If you are using a bread machine, place A (Tangzhong) in a baking dish and then the rest of the ingredients in Cn. If you’re using FAST DRY, you don’t have to make yeast. KIDROOGIS was last placed in the bread bowl. Click on the "Dough" function. Wait for the beep and stop, and go to step 7.
- Grease a large bowl with oil. Pour the dough into this bowl. Cover with cling film and let rise for about 1 hour or until dough doubles in size.
- After the first rice is done, place the dough on a large floured work surface. Squeeze the air into the dough. Divide and weigh the dough into small pieces (50 g each). Gently turn each piece into a ball (avoid twisting the pressure). Do the same with the rest.
- When ready, take each ball, flatten it, add a teaspoon and slowly cover or cover. Then, with your palms facing the table, roll out the dough again in a circular motion to form a round ball. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise again for 40-50 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160-170 C.
- Lightly bake the cakes with a thin layer of beaten egg before baking. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cakes are golden brown. Immediately remove the bread from the oven and wipe the top with a thin layer of melted butter. Serve hot. Additional sandwiches can be stored for several days. Microwave for 30 seconds and serve hot.
