- Cook uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper (1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper). Yield: 2 liters of sauce
- In a large bowl of soup or pasta pour 3-4 liters of boiling salted water. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. If the spaghetti is al dente, drain the spaghetti and return to a large saucepan.
- Quickly add a few tablespoons of spaghetti sauce so the spaghetti doesn’t stick to it. Serve with a bunch of spaghetti with sauce and meatballs if desired. It is also good to mix the sauce and meatballs directly into the pasta and serve in large bowls.
- Don’t forget to serve it with garlic bread and garnish. Make sure you have mozzarella cheese sliced on spaghetti and meatballs. Enjoy.
