  1. First, boil water in a saucepan. Then add pork and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Stop the fire when the time is up. Store until cold. (this water is good soup. Don't throw it away)
  2. Cut the braised pork as shown in the picture. (When cooled, the fat becomes hard and easily cut.) Boiled bamboo shoots are also cut into thin slices. Hard boil eggs, cook for 8-9 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan (or casserole), add boiled pork breast, bamboo shoots, hard-boiled egg, fried onion and pork soup, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, five spice powder. After boiling, heat over low heat for 1 hour.
